How government pricing works
Government plans are designed to fit within procurement workflows. We issue invoices, accept purchase orders, and can provide a W-9 and vendor registration documentation on request. SAM.gov registered Β· UEI: WNZJXHNPC2K3 Β· CAGE: 1AUK4.
Start with a Pilot
The City Pilot is a fixed-scope, fixed-cost engagement β $1,500 for a 30-day accessibility audit with a defined deliverable.
Invoice & PO Support
All government plans accept payment by invoice, purchase order, ACH, or credit card. We work with your procurement cycle.
Data & Legal Agreements
We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all City Standard and Enterprise plans. Custom MSAs and BAAs are available.
Documentation Included
Every plan includes the scan evidence, reports, and documentation your procurement and legal teams need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions our customers ask most β especially procurement and legal teams.
Which version of WCAG do you test against?
Our scans test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA by default β the current federal and state-law standard. City Enterprise plans also include 2.2 readiness checks and custom rule configuration.
Does an accessibility widget or overlay count as compliance?
No. Accessibility overlays and plugins (e.g., UserWay, accessiBe) do not provide legal compliance. Courts and the DOJ have consistently ruled that overlays are not a substitute for conforming source code. Our platform scans your actual HTML/CSS/JS.
What are evidence screenshots and why do they matter legally?
Evidence screenshots are full-page and element-level captures taken at the time of each scan. They provide timestamped proof of your site's accessibility state β critical for legal defensibility, audit trails, and remediation tracking.
How often do scans run, and can we scan on demand?
City Standard and Enterprise plans support daily, weekly, or monthly automated schedules. On-demand scans are available anytime. City Pilot includes on-demand scanning during the 30-day engagement.
Can we pay by purchase order, ACH, or government invoice?
Yes. All government plans support invoice, PO, and ACH payment in addition to card. For City Pilot, we can issue a one-time invoice. For ongoing plans, we issue monthly or annual invoices per your procurement cycle.
How long is scan data and evidence retained?
City Pilot deliverables are provided as a permanent PDF package. City Standard retains 12 months of scan history and evidence. City Enterprise includes custom retention policies and data export.
